Tim Austin

President and Co-founder

Tim has over 25 years of experience and expertise in manufacturing and distributing medical devices. As the Executive Vice President of Business Development for AG Industries, he oversaw all sales activities to National HME/DME Accounts and managed the sales team for all OEM accounts while overseeing product management and the R&D programs for the company.
Tim has also held various senior level management positions with SP Medical, TAGA Medical Technologies and Applied Medical Technologies.
An inventor himself, Tim has been issued several patents in the medical field including enteral feeding, surgical retraction, and the sleep industry.

Thomas S Carnahan

Thomas Carnahan is an attorney and businessman with significant experience in both the workings of government and private sector innovation. He served as an assistant city counselor representing the city of St. Louis Missouri, where was a litigator and legal advisor.
Thomas went on to establish his own law practice where he worked as an urban development, municipal law, and business counseling specialist. Later, he became the lead developer and operator of utility-scale wind farms. His achievement as a founder and business leader includes developing over 1000 MW of wind farms and deploying more than $1 billion of capital in rural America.
In 2021 he was appointed by President Biden to serve as a Representative of the United States to the 76th Session of the General Assembly of the United Nations.

Peter Benoist, Jr.

Being an outstanding financial and business management professional with 20+ years of extensive experience, Peter Benoist stands out as a leading expert in the finance industry. He gathered his wealth of experience from working with top institutions like Barclays, Deutsche Bank, and Citigroup.
Peter operated institutional trading businesses that handled the trading and investment in debt and equity of non-investment grade companies. While managing billion-dollar balance sheets for several years, he developed strong extensive transactional, risk management, and valuation experience that is useful to an inventor’s innovation process.
One of his most recent achievements is running the US distressed trading business for Barclays as a managing director. Peter is on Purivitae’s team to provide financial guidance and strategic foresight to help facilitate the inventor’s process and business development roadmap.

Sara Pratt

E-Commerce Sales Manager

Sara Pratt brings over 10 years of experience in sales, product management and leadership in both the US and International healthcare markets. After starting her career on the ground level at a medical device manufacturing company as a customer support advisor, she quickly gained the extensive product knowledge and comprehensive understanding of the industry to advance into sales management and run the international business segment.
Sara is focused on sales and distribution, ensuring company success and customer satisfaction by working closely with each partner emphasizing a strong business connection, providing valuable insights, and giving personal attention to achieve our objectives in the health and wellness space.
Sara is on Purivitae’s team to support the development of our product portfolio, expand brand awareness and provide strategic solutions to ensure growth and sustained success.

Jill Walsh

Finance Director

Jill is a CPA with 7+ experiences in both public accounting and corporate practice. After starting her career in auditing at a public accounting firm, she went to work for the corporate sector, where she gained experiences in both accounting and financial roles for both private and public companies.
More recently, Jill worked as the Director of Finance and Accounting at a start-up, where she led the implementation of the finance and accounting system as well as created processes around financial analysis, forecasting, and strategic growth modeling.
Jill brings her start-up experiences to help support the strategic growth efforts of Purivitae and oversee the finance and accounting processes of the business.

Michael Amann

Michael Amann gathered 15 years of in-depth experience in manufacturing, business development, quality control systems, and strategic planning while working for his family’s international production business. He joined the business which specialized in producing diversified healthcare products at the factory floor and ended up leading the company by serving as CEO after gaining undeniable mastery.
During Michael’s tenure, his family’s business experienced spontaneous organic and acquisition-based growth. His knowledge, skill, and hands-on experience in these areas from the past years makes Michael an asset to inventors and start-up companies who are looking to produce diverse kinds of consumer product in the health and wellness space.

Becky works with Purivitae’s executives and managers on multiple organizational levels to ensure their workdays and Purivitae’s office runs as smoothly and efficiently as possible.​
She is on Purivitae’s team to ensure that we can provide agile, targeted support to our partners.
